Chilly Dress is a mini dress with long sleeves. The sleeves are quite volume and you can sew the skirt in two or three layers as you can see in the sample photo. I have worked the chest part in a way that it can be gathered and wrap around the chest. I recommend thin fabrics that are not too thick when sewing the dress.
