Snowflake Dress is an asymmetrical mini dress with balloon sleeves. It fits the body but the skirt is gathered and puffy. I used a cotton fabric, but if you pay attention to the measurements, you can use any fabric you want. I made a small opening at the waist of this dress and an asymmetrical detail on one side of the collar. The upper part of one of the sleeves and the lower parts of the sleeves are gathered with elastic and overall, it is a cute dress for everyone.
