The Seller provides digital sewing patterns accessible for download immediately after purchase via the Buyer's account on the Seller's website located at www.berryspattern.com.

2. Price and Payment

Prices for digital sewing patterns are listed on our website. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before any digital product can be downloaded.

3. Digital Product Download

Upon confirmation of the payment, the Buyer will have access to download the purchased digital sewing pattern. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring their computer or device is compatible with the format of the digital pattern.

4. License and Use

The digital sewing patterns provided by the Seller are for personal use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or used commercially unless otherwise stated in writing by the Seller. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital patterns.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, the Buyer may not cancel the order once the download has commenced. Refunds are not typically provided for digital products. However, the Seller may consider issuing a refund if there are technical issues with the product, provided the Buyer reports this within 30 days from the date of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital sewing patterns are intellectual property of the Seller and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our digital sewing patterns.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be adjudicated in the courts of Republic of Turkey.

9. Agreement Modification

The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
